Lost key, long sentences

What's the difference between this key...

...and this key?

Other than the slight difference in the angle of the keys, what else is different?

The answer is: The bottom key is valued at $150.00+.

The the moral of the story is "Don't lose your remote car key and decide several days later after an exhaustive search to replace it at the Honda dealership, pay just over $150.00 for the replacement key, drive home and into the garage, and hear your husband shout, "Oh no!" as soon as he gets out of the passenger side of the car because he has spotted your supposedly lost key lying quietly on the seat of his motorcyle."

Where it has been hiding for nearly a week, I might add.

The good news comes in two parts:
     1. The lost, but now found key still opens the car remotely, and it still works in the ignition despite the Honda dealer sales guy's gibberish about how there's only a 50-50 chance the lost key would work because the mechanic maybe did or maybe didn't cancel the code for the original key through secret cyber magic.

     2. Because of #1, we have a third remote key for back-up.
